Delta of Venus’ “Intertwined B/W Intertwined (Acoustic)” Is The Definition Of Solace

With soothing melodies and protruding instrumentals, “Intertwined” is the definition of pausing for a quick minute (or in this case, seven-ish) to resonate with every line that passes by. The homey feel all throughout is welcoming and simply addicting, making audiences willingly stay to listen. Well, who wouldn’t with a bassline that clear and percussion that intricate?

“And lay your head down on my still chest / As it beats for everyone I’ve never met” is a very interesting lyric, and would probably make poets and deep-thinkers turn their heads with intrigue. The atmosphere is so… chill, to simply put it. Put this on during study or sleep, take your pick.

Being ever-so-slightly bare dissimilar to the preceding version, “Intertwined – acoustic” embraces a more bold aura, in a sense that the acoustic guitars sound grittier and out there as if making a point, or making the difference clear – to which it excels. The bass maintains its versatility through and through, as it rightfully should.

Both versions of “Intertwined” have their own distinct ambiences, with the first one being a room of misty calmness, and the second a cozy room with Delta of Venus playing this very song, clearly having a blast. This is definitely one for those who think more often, or those who just wish to discover music that will ease their nerves for a bit.
