Feel good music feels good. With San Somewhere, Newbridge is bringing some serious good vibes that everyone could use more of.
Honestly, Jimmy Buffett had better watch out. I feel like this song should be on the soundtrack at Margaritaville, and what’s more, this song brings a musical density and fullness that’s just not there often, even in this genre. It’s warm. It feels great.
That’s hard to do, especially with this many instruments, but what I really like about this is that it’s the kind of sound that’s more than just background music at a beach bar.
This is the kind of sound that takes the full commitment of a band determined for everyone to have a good time. It’s inviting, and really makes you want to kick back with a piña colada and enjoy the show.
I really hope Newbridge is playing live concerts on beaches up and down the coast. This is the kind of song that would really make a day in the sun so much more enjoyable.
