Asta Bria’s Dragonfly is a sparkling, metallic statement for a one-of-a-kind of summer

If your body calls for a different type of summer, Asta Bria crashes in to give you a sparkling and upbeat anthem with her latest single Dragonfly. Hailing from London, Bria collaborated with pop mogul Rob Davis to deliver this sparkling dance-pop track.

At its heart, Dragonfly gives you that summer feel — not in a 42 degree tropical heat, but more like a metallic-spice-girl-summer way. It’s glitter-dusted right from the first note, but the catch? It’s like you’re back in the 90s. Think of Björk and Enya making a song after a summer foam party at a rooftop’s pool, filled with energetic dance songs. It’s pulsing and groovy that is irresistible in some way.

The repetitiveness in the chorus is hypnotic, indelibly popping in your ears. Bria’s voice is exceptional, charming you with graceful tones. It’s floating, without needing to try hard in being one with the mix. Despite being a dance-pop track, it’s not too loud and overwhelming. It maintains the energy until the end, perfect for night swims and late-night hangouts. It’s full of charisma and presence which I greatly appreciate.

Asta Bria’s versatility shines through Dragonfly, showcasing her skills and voice as a brilliant and multi talented female musician. And with her prowess in the scene, there’s indeed a lot more to come and anticipate in her discography.
