Red Head by Stone Deaf: A Track Review

Straight away, “Red Head” by Stone Deaf serves as the band’s way of marking their territory, if that makes sense. It feels like an immediate punch or kick in the greatest way possible once you press play; the drums and guitar instantly filling your ears.

It is bound to surprise anyone once they realize this isn’t a song from some already famous band, because it’s just that comparable (though, with songs like these, Stone Deaf should be!).

Also, can we take a moment to appreciate the production? It definitely does the song’s vibe justice, as it’s able to stay on-brand with what kind of energy the band’s emitting. It’s the kind of track you’d hear at the beginning of a movie or just before the end credits roll. Heck, it even fits an action-packed scene in the middle of a film. It is just that good and well-produced.

This track should be rightfully compared to those already being featured in bigtime things, movies, and more. Not to mention it could just be a song playing at a party, or before an opening act comes on stage, or blaring through speakers during a night ride or out with friends. It could even be your alarm sound if you’re bold enough. Point is, it’s flexible, it fits in almost any circumstance, and everyone should give this a listen.
