A Journey With Exodus From Babylon II: Return 2 Judea by Tra4Duce & Silas1wolf

An album made as a musical project between Tra4Duce & Silas1Wolf, EXODUS FROM BABYLON II: RETURN 2 JUDEA is an album that offers a whopping, massive selection of 18 tracks. This album also features various artists like SelfMadeBabiii, Majik9, KingTaeInThisBitch, Ejiipt, Veana Baby, King L.A.Z., Nello Fernando, Bremer Baden, Jayme Fortune, Mic Crenshaw, Leway Gutter, and Jlyriczrapgod. With this large number of song selections and a large crew behind that, this album is unapologetic in terms of authenticity and promises a different listening experience. With its unique approach, this album offers a distinct and refreshing listening experience, showing a different color with each of the artists’ contributions to it.

This project is intended to show the personal and transformative journey that a person should embark for them to meet their truest self. It focuses on the importance of navigating away from distractions and pitfalls that can eventually lead to failure. This album encourages listeners to focus on the positive lessons and victories along the way. Through the album’s themes, this project then encourages resilience, self-awareness, and the determination to rise above challenges. It is heavy on finding one’s true path, staying grounded, and recognizing that each success, whether big or small, is a step forward in the process of growth.

In the context of this album, Babylon represents a construct designed to keep the everyday person in a constant struggle with morality and embodies the clash between good and evil, yourself or others, selfishness vs. selflessness. This battle used as a fictional setting in this case, forces individuals to question their values, choices, and actions. This album wanted you to navigate through the tracks of a world filled with temptation, conflict, and division, asking the listeners to choose which path to follow. Babylon asks the question: Which path will you follow?

The album welcomes you in a trap-rap frenzy that is Fall of Man. The artists that took part in this track should make a good impression on their listeners for this is the opener of the album, and they delivered. They devoured the lyricism, paired with a sick beat. The Fray and Farewell Babylon as the second and third track also served as a good set of welcoming songs for the listeners. Both songs build on the album’s momentum, offering a gripping introduction and showcasing the talent and creativity that will define the rest of the project.

The middle section of this album are the songs Suit Up, Rollin’, Dreamcatcher, X’D, Grown, and The Pentecost.  Continuing with the sick beat spiced up because of the artists’ features, you won’t even notice you’re already halfway through the album! You’ll only notice it when Tribe Checkahoe, an interlude, comes up. It serves as the calm before the storm, that is the vibe it is giving. It offers a time to breathe, a pause in the chaos, creating a quiet space before ramping up into chaos again in the next few moments.

When Wolves Eat (Bow) kicks off the second half of the album, setting an electrifying tone that were immediately followed by Holy Smoke, SOS, AOE, and Slave To The Storm. The momentum builds up this part of the album, which instead of boring the listeners (because not everyone is used to an album with this many songs), even pumped them up. The intensity goes higher and higher as we approach the end of the album, making the latter half as enjoyable and as exciting as the first.

Speaking of the end, we will end with the conclusion created by these three last songs: Holy Braille, Rush Em’, and Stigmata. These songs perfectly summed up the experience that the album had given, giving perfect closure to the listeners about the story it intends to give. The blend of hard-hitting beats, lyricism, and the artists’ own spins to the songs culminate in the album’s perfect end, leaving a lasting impact on the album’s listeners. Having a powerful conclusion matters as much as delivering a powerful introduction. Tra4Duce & Silas1wolf proved in this project how versatile their talents can be, summed up in an 18-track record.
